The Faculty of Management started its functioning from Academic Session 2023-24 as a part of Agriculture University, Jodhpur with a 2-year PG program MBA in Agri-Business Management.

In the post-COVID era, agriculture has significantly transformed into agri-business, presenting a distinct set of opportunities and difficulties. Since its founding in 2013, Agriculture University Jodhpur has taken the lead in diversifying its Faculty to meet requirements of New Education Policy. Under dynamic and visionary leadership of our Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Dr B R Choudhary, Faculty of Management has been established in year 2023 with a focus on designing comprehensive, industry-focused, and values-based programs for MBA and B.Sc. students studying agriculture and other allied areas as Biotechnology, Horticulture Forestry etc.

In addition to typical MBA courses, the MBA (Agri Business) program places a great emphasis on the integration of technology and management as a key component of the curriculum. Every one of our programs has a state-of-the-art curriculum that is updated as per BSMA to match the demands of agriculture industries and rural communities. This allows students to fulfil industry requirements and take advantage of numerous opportunities in the banking and agri-finance sector, as well as in the agri-inputs, food processing, retail, supply chain, and cold chain management, commodity trading and warehousing, organic certifications and auditing agencies, research institutes, and government bodies.
